"Dreams Unveiled: Building Home, Building Lives".

A Sunny Day in the Heart of the City. Mr. Jeet Sahani and Mrs. Juhi Sahani stand hand in hand, gazing at an empty plot of land.

Both were sure, to purchase the land, where they decided to build there dream Home.  

The excitement in their eyes is palpable as they could feel their Dream Home being constructed.

Next day Jeet went to the State Land Registration Office to comply with the land purchase formalities.

Jeet met Mr. Fakir Yadav, land seller, an overwhelming old man, signed the property papers.

Mr. Fakir gives a welcoming statement out of his world of experience. 

When Jeet came to know about building plan approval. He decide to pay a visit to Municipality Commissioner of his area. 

Jeet understood the process but it was too complex as it involved technical knowhow in Architectural Planning. 

The Municipality Commissioner advised Jeet to hire an Architect to get the approval process done with ease. 

Jeet signed up his childhood friend Ar. Aman Saha, who is an amateur consultant and has just started his company a few months back. 

6 Months passed...Since signing up Ar. Aman Saha

After 5-6 virtual meet-ups Juhi and Jeet decided to meet Ar. Aman personally and shed light on the issues, they were facing.

Ar. Aman could realize the grievous mistake he and his team has committed. 

The Architectural plans were made in a hurry, without a proper site visit, which led to the built- up area crossing the neighboring plot.

Even Jeet was furious regarding late in disbursement of Building Plan Approval. Clearly Ar. Aman  & team were not following up for the file. 

Even after lots of Planning errors and missing blueprint detailing, Jeet hired a migrant labor contractor to start building their Dream Home. 

Jeet tried his level best to motivate the contractor to start the work quickly and with proper quality. But little did he know about him…

6 Days Passed since advance payment

Suddenly in a kitchen discussion, Juhi became impatient and busted out on Jeet. 

Even Jeet was restless from inside. He felt cheated as the contractor was not taking up his calls. 

After loosing hopes and money both, he met Guddu Bhai, a local contractor. They visited the site and discussed regarding the work. 

Guddu Bhai was very confident of getting the work done, but his asking price was too high. 

Jeet was skeptical regarding the hiked price. But eventually he was unaware of the hidden charges, Guddu Bhai was planning to impose. 

Guddu Bhai’s approach was very aggressive and had local criminal record. In fear of protection, Jeet awarded the work to him. 

Just after 1 Month of Construction

One morning, Guddu Bhai abandoned the site, citing payment issues. Jeet was unaware of the various hidden costs imposed by guddu Bhai.

The moment Jeet came to know about the escalating costs he amicably denied to continue the work. The couple felt shattered.
