  • Cancellations for project-based services are accepted only before the project initiation stage. Once execution has started, cancellations are subject to review by builtfy.pro.

  • For subscription or recurring services, cancellations will apply to the next billing cycle.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are strictly subject to the product specifications and conditions mentioned in the FAQs of the respective product/service page on our website. Clients are advised to review these details carefully before making a purchase.

  • Full Refund: If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before project/service initiation, and the product FAQ permits it.

  • Partial Refund: If project/service work has begun, deductions will be applied for consultation, administrative, and work-in-progress costs, as per product-specific FAQs.

  • No Refund: If the project/service is substantially completed, delivered, or if specifically excluded in the product FAQ.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Any services/products explicitly marked as non-refundable in their specifications or FAQs.

  • Customized deliverables (designs, reports, consultancy, or software tools) once provided.

  • Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (licenses, hosting, permits, etc.).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days of approval.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

  • builtfy.pro is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party intermediaries.

5. Dispute Resolution
